The CUCW provides training

The CUCW provides vocational further education for child welfare professionals and contributes to the planning of training content in the field.

Training is an important part of the CUCW’s development projects to improve the professional quality of child welfare based on the needs of the child.

The National Child Welfare Conference and the National Conference on Alternative Care, organised in alternate years, provide up-to-date information on the everyday lives of children and families and best practices in the field while offering opportunities for the exchange of information and experiences. These conferences are one of the most important training events in the field, and attendance numbers are higher each year.

Smaller-scale training days and seminars on current issues and topics are also organised every year together with our partners.
